Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories & manuals must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
  • Items must not be physically damaged or tampered with
  • Warranty seal must be intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Products with a broken or missing warranty seal
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Consumable items (batteries, bulbs, fuses)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Express delivery (next-day) is available in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad for orders placed before 2 PM.
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of PKR 200.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order using our Track Order page on the website.
