Ali Electric Store accepts returns for defective products only.
What we accept
We accept returns for products that arrive defective or develop a manufacturing fault. Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, are not accepted.
Return window
Please report a defective product to our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.
Return costs
Returns for confirmed defective products are free. Ali Electric Store covers the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For a confirmed defective product, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
How to return a defective product
- Contact our support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the fault.
- Our team confirms the defect and shares return instructions.
- Pack the product safely in its original packaging.
- Send it back using the free return method we provide.
- After we receive and inspect it, we process your replacement or refund.
