Ali Electric Store accepts returns for defective products only.

What we accept

We accept returns for products that arrive defective or develop a manufacturing fault. Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, are not accepted.

Return window

Please report a defective product to our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.

Return costs

Returns for confirmed defective products are free. Ali Electric Store covers the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. For a confirmed defective product, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

How to return a defective product

  1. Contact our support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the fault.
  2. Our team confirms the defect and shares return instructions.
  3. Pack the product safely in its original packaging.
  4. Send it back using the free return method we provide.
  5. After we receive and inspect it, we process your replacement or refund.
