A compact 12V to 230V inverter that clips onto a battery and runs your small appliances during load shedding.
When the power goes and you’ve got a 12V battery nearby, the Eastern RN-1500 gives you 230V AC from it. Clip the red and black leads onto a car battery or a dry battery, plug your appliance into the universal socket, and small things like a fan, a few lights, the TV, a laptop or the router keep running. It clips on in under a minute, with nothing to install.
230V output
Clip it to a 12V battery and the universal socket gives you 230V AC, so normal two and three pin plugs go straight in.
Runs off 12V
It works from a car battery or any 12V dry battery. The red and black clip leads are in the box, so there’s nothing to wire.
5V USB port
A built-in USB socket charges a phone or power bank while an appliance is running on the AC socket.
Fan and protection
A fan on the back keeps it cool, a red light warns of a fault, and reverse polarity protection guards against a wrong clip connection.
