Runs your small AC appliances off a 12V car or dry battery when the power’s out.
When load-shedding hits, the 12V battery in your car or bike, or a dry battery at home, still has power sitting in it. The Enova EN-1500 lets you use it. Clip the red and black leads onto the battery, flip the switch, and the universal socket gives you 230V AC for a fan, a few lights, a TV, a laptop or your router. There’s nothing to wire in, and the fan keeps it cool while it runs.
Universal socket
The AC socket takes UK, EU and 2-pin plugs, so your appliances go straight in without an adapter.
Clips to a 12V battery
The red and black clip leads are included. Attach them to a car, bike or dry battery and it’s ready to run.
Fan cooling
A built-in fan pulls heat off the board so the unit can keep going under load.

What the EN-1500 can run
Keep the load small and steady. On a healthy 12V battery it’s fine for light jobs like these:
- A pedestal, table or small fan, 50-80W
- A few LED bulbs or an LED tube light, 5-40W
- A Wi-Fi router or fibre ONT, 10-20W
- Phone and laptop chargers, 20-90W
- A 24 to 32 inch LED TV, 40-70W
- A rechargeable emergency light or a small soldering iron
It won’t run heavy or heating loads. Keep a fridge, water pump, motor, iron, heater, microwave, washing machine or air conditioner off it. A small battery also drains fast, so the bigger the battery, the longer your backup lasts.
